I'm a research scientist at The Ohio State University's Human Performance Collaborative, where I study how sleep, circadian rhythms, and training shape human performance and physiological adaptation.

My research spans the effects of circadian disruption on exercise adaptation, the validation of wearable health technology, and the cardiovascular and metabolic responses to training. I hold a PhD in Exercise Physiology, and my work bridges rigorous physiology with real-world application — from the lab bench to the wearable on your wrist — to help athletes, warfighters, and everyday people train, recover, and perform.
